If progressives in Congress aren’t standing up for the likes of Julian Assange and @SDonziger then I’m not sure why they’re called progressives. If freedom of the press & the ability of corporations to prosecute private individuals doesn’t get you riled up then why are you there?

If it's not on the daily DNC talking points memo, they aren't speaking on it. Joe Scarbrough commended AOC on keeping her mouth shut, and not doing anything, and she thanked him for noticing. They are complicit in all things establishment.

We All know it is permanent position and that like in most places. Where there is NO Accountability or in the real sense Persecution. They there for the benefits and F'n' salary. They smartened Up Nuff Said Inc.
But the Establishment is coming down with full force on these martyrs while our progressives whistle past the graveyard….
Marianne you should know by now that most people who call themselves progressives are the actual fascists in this country.
didn't Sinema used to be a progressive? I think that's what she ran on.
You’ve got to do better than that, call them out by name if you just say “progressives” it doesn’t apply to anyone. They need to be thrown under the bus 🚌

Replying to @marwilliamson
It’s pretty easy to see why dems do not stand up for Assange or @SDonziger. Just like Ted Cruz & Mich McConnell won’t say a word in their defense, Dems won’t lift a finger to stop this injustice. Do you notice a pattern? It’s all one party; Dems are just more insidious
Marianne, I thought you knew how to use Twitter. But of course you only repeat what others told you. Note the date. She’s back today.
Going into the woods for a few days. Everyone be good and Happy 4th ✌🏽

Oh they're all "place holders" of whatever official position they occupy; awaiting their orders for what to do next President to your local Town Council-member they can all be brought under a corporate trust so to speak, since it's the same way they're run. Pyramid of authority
