The IRS already doesn't audit the wealthy regularly because it is difficult to do. This sort of tqx needs to explicitly state how it will fix that problem. Otherwise focus on realized wealth via sales/vat taxes.

Wealth taxes are unconstitutional. I would have expected someone who ran for the presidency to know that.

Let's return to FDR's tax tables, and most importantly, let's close all the tax loopholes.
