Republicans have introduced nearly 400 bills in 48 states to keep American citizens from voting – especially people of color. If we have to get rid of the filibuster to pass the #ForThePeople Act, then that’s what Democrats should do. brennancenter.org/our-work/r…

Replying to @SenWarren
If Democrats don’t get rid of the filibuster, I don’t see how any amount of voting will return Democrats to the majority in 2022.

Time is running out on Democratic control over both houses... and given that the two party system is really controlled by Oligarchy and feeds off a morally bankrupt status quo... that maybe just fine with Dem Party leadership, as gridlock provides cover for failure. @DNC @dscc

Democrats used it 300 times under trump. 😂
I know its only been like 6 months, but if Biden/Harris don't get a fire lit under their asses, we are gonna lose in '22 and probably in '24. It blows my mind how they can't see the R's are never gonna do whats right for the country; all they care about is themselves..

You must keep fortifying the elections at all costs.
We need to figure out how to cram our shit ideas down people's throats. FTFY
We can only hope they won’t!
Democrats are very unpopular for a reason. Maybe work on that.
Democrats used the filibuster 327 times in 2020. Why do you and other Democrats now want to abolish the filibuster?
You are the reason we have the filibuster.
