With SCOTUS striking down last remaining vestiges of Voting Rights Act, a major pillar of our democracy has fallen away. This means Congress just became that much more important as a counterbalance. As exhausting as it is we need to start preparing ourselves now for the midterms.

The better way (among other things) is for more people to vote. A lot of people complaining now were totally distracted from the political process for years before they woke up to what was happening.

Voting is the same power struggle, neighbor against neighbor with a government proxying threats of violence via law enforcement. We need grace, forgiveness, and loving our neighbors - not voting for violence against them
