With SCOTUS striking down last remaining vestiges of Voting Rights Act, a major pillar of our democracy has fallen away. This means Congress just became that much more important as a counterbalance. As exhausting as it is we need to start preparing ourselves now for the midterms.

?? Why? Even when democrats have a majority in all 3 branches they won't pass voting rights legislation. What do the midterms matter at all?
