I'm happy to say that I agree with Ms. Williamson on this. She should avoid opining on anything having to do with economics, of which she is woefully ignorant.

It depends on of what you're saying is factually and proveably correct. Knowledge is demonstrable. If you know it you you can show it. If you can't then you might come across as ignorant.
