There are two sides to "voting rights." One is the right for every legally eligible person to vote. Another is the right to have fair elections where ONLY legally casted ballots are counted. There must be a balance. Regrettably that balance is being denied by partisan players

2 things: 1 they said the law was not restrictive. 2 That the law did not violate the Voting Rights Act. Most news outlets' seem to be listing it (in the headline) as restrictive.

It never was a Democracy, but we can make it one, anytime we like, no permission required. "That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government..." - Thomas Jefferson

We shouldn't be surprised ... we allowed this to happen by not paying attention to the Politics of our Nation ... and now we're paying the price!

We must mobilize ways to get the votes out. Voting Day off for all Democrat-owned businesses, for a start. PSAs for each state showing voting options for those that can't vote in person on that day. The uphill battle with the Republicants continues

How do the laws in question actually limit the voting rights of minorities in particular? Help me please because I’m just not seeing it.

Democracy died long before now. Our corporate overlords are finally showing their hand is the only thing that’s changing. If we’re done with the theatre, where do we go from here is the real question?
