Once an alcoholic admits the exact nature of their problem they can’t just start drinking less; they have to stop drinking. Our addiction to fossil fuels is no different and no less deadly.

That is completely untrue about alcoholics, many change their drinking patterns over time to where it is no longer a problem, they are just never included in studies...

I challenge you to use no fossil fuels or anything made from it. You better like walking around barefoot and naked no house no I phone no car no water just to name a few. Put your money were your mouth is.

This comparison is disgusting. Shame on you. Alcoholism is a disease, not a problem. Fossil fuels isn’t an addiction, it’s what makes commerce and the country run.

Note alcoholics please do not quit cold turkey I've seen it have some deadly effects on people. Speak to a doctor and quit with their advice. This works as a good metaphor, but not medical advice
