We need to push and push for this.

My idea with taxes is that when we do them for tax season, that we are given options on where the money will actually go. If you want Healthcare, Military, Climate, Police, etc. They wouldn't even need to use a budget. We give them the budget.

It would be a total restructuring of the United States. Climate change will probably kill us all first... but I'm for it.
