1/ 7 crew members died the 1986 space shuttle Challenger disaster. The problem was O-rings that failed at launch. Some of the engineers worried about the O-rings but didn’t speak out. They knew but no one did anything.

I based my telling on an account by former astronaut Mark Kelly. Why are you just assuming I lied to support an argument? I don’t mind correcting the story - thank you for the article - but your criticism was unkind and unnecessary.

Your post was also unnecessary, but you continued to make several.. Don't get pissy when you make a flaw and someone calls you out on it. It's a public space, not a safe space for you to misinform people too lazy to think critically. You should appreciate your flaws being outed.
