He will start serving his time in prison & be granted a new trial on appeal. He will plead guilt in his civil rights case which will put him in a fed prison camp then a plea will be reached for concurrent fed/MN time so no new trial & serves less than 10. justice.gov/opa/pr/four-form…

He was convicted of Murder ... and he'll be away for 22 years ... that's a lot better than what happens in most Police killings!
