None of those things put money into rich people's hands. "Infrastructure" is how they sell the sheep on passing more $$$ into their donor's businesses. $$$ that eventually ends up as "Billionaires increase wealth even more during the pandemic recovery than during the pandemic."

Once you realize that the only thing pols really care about is getting re-elected, it all will make sense and showering your donor class and constituents with other people's money is the easiest and most effective way to do it.

Well, infrastructure is bipartisan, and, there's a value in that, I can't really remember what it is right now, but something something something, vote for us in the midterms.
