I get that infrastructure is important. I really do. But what happened to an increase in the minimum wage? What happened to fighting climate change? What happened to Medicare For All? What happened to countering police brutality? What happened to holding Trump accountable? 🤔

Marianne, the Establishment happened. The Infrastructure bill has goodies attached for them. Any other bills (#FightFor15, etc.) frankly don’t help them. They help us. So, we lose.

Many infrastructure projects are excuses to make rich people richer, poor people occupied, give politicians bragging "rights" and do little to actually improve infrastructure.
