McDonalds is franchised, Marianne. The average store operator profits only $150K/year. Employee compensation runs about $540K/year. Even if you raised wages by 25% you would have ZERO profit each year as the owner. Get in the real world.

False premise. It's a proven fact that money is not a motivator to get a quality employee. Money is a short term incentive. In Ohio there are more job opportunities in Manufacturing and logistics that pay anywhere from $15 - $19hr with benefits and no experience. Unfilled

If only there was a political party with control of the WH, HR and Sen that could some sort of law which would increase wages to a minimum of $15/hr and do it now… But where would we find such a party? 🤔

#McDonalds : one of the most iconic and richest companies in the world, is too greedy to pay their employees well and give them good benefits, & McDonalds is increasingly turning to automation. #BoycottMcDonalds if they use automation instead of people.

But how would the McDonald’s CEO still make $11 million a year while McDonald’s workers can’t afford McDonald’s food?

Less McDonald's is a win for society though
