So, you’re ok with slander. What about libel? Should we overturn all libel laws because free speech is “inviolable”? What about threats of violence or incitement? Should that all be legal as well?

There are libel laws for good reason. And no, threats of violence or incitement should not be allowed.

Marianne, do you find it at all suspicious that these right-wing free-speech champions you're promoting only ever care about alleged censorship of themselves and their friends, and never, say, actual censorship by states and schoolboards banning CRT and the 1619 Project?
