Simply opposing capitalism, global corporations & corrupt government institutions makes me a violent extremist? This legislation is basically making it illegal to have an opinion. Is this going to lead to the government rounding up Bernie's voters?

I don't think we are in a good place for a revolution, and that's what it would have taken after a second Trump term. If Biden doesn't pass things like HR1 pronto, Trump or worse will follow him, and it will be worse.
