Scotus already ruled Flag burning is protected by the 1st Amendment, a ruling the late Antonin Scalia defended. As usual conservatives wasting time with meaningless virtue signaling over actual substance.

This comes up all the time (I first remember it in the 80's), it is part of the divide et impera agenda, just like abortion and many others. These battles are never meant to be won, just maintained forever to keep the people divided and distracted.

I agree! ...Didn't they try something like this back in the sixties? ... "American flags can be retired through a ceremonial burning. Many organizations including the American Legion, local VFWs and Boy Scout troops accept flags for burning and will properly retire your flag."
