Who's saying that? If you tweet something crappy and people tell you it's crappy it's pretty simple.

If it's something that makes you a bad ally then it's pretty simple, you aren't evaluating yourself and your position correctly.

I'm really not. I think you're hearing what you want to hear? I'm saying if you're acting like a bad ally and people call you out on it and you're first thought isn't "am I being a bad ally" that's a problem. You don't need to write several paragraphs to figure it out.
