The real problem is that when they *do* ask, the Democrats renege on their electoral promises, or they compromise a progressive idea/proposed law almost to oblivion.

We in the UK pay for our health care through a set mandatory wage stoppage during our whole working life which means we get medical attention without the worry of extortionate bills, Obama Care was still an insurance scheme, ours is not, ambulance or hospital we pay nothing extra
