Because he promised Wall Street that nothing would fundamentally change and he's working with conservative democrats and republicans to keep that promise. In his 50 years in public office, he has never put the people before the profits of corporations, industry or wealthy donors.

As I’m sure many have pointed out, Biden is, in deed if not fact, a Republican. He never had any intention of doing anything that would upset The Owning Class. He works for his donors - not us.
