Apparently the framers were concerned about mob-rule, which is why they limited mob-rule, but since the filibuster isn't "codified" we should allow mob-rule. FFS.
The filibuster is not codified in the constitution and the parliamentarian has only the power to advise. To allow either of them to stand between the people of the US and a thriving, sustainable future is both irresponsible and spineless. @POTUS

No, the Founders created a system to avoid mob rule. The filibuster is not needed for that.
