Some people ask how they might best push our leaders in a better direction. My advice is a psychological as well as behavioral change: don’t just think in terms of pushing them; think in terms of REPLACING them. Run! Help others run! Be active in local & state & federal campaigns

A lot will need to be replaced for any real changes to occur. US politics currently exists inside of a billionaire owned two party cage. As long as we are inside of that cage, very little will change.

Even if you think it will be a landslide against you, its important we show up in every race in every election.

But they're not really leaders. They're takers. Time to replace the whole system, from scratch. That's the psychological change we need: step out of the paradigm that gives us abuse and fake offers of help.

The Duopoly is a closed system, and Dem's HR1 cynically and blatantly suppresses the votes of 3rd Parties and Independents. Electoral Politics is nothing but a ditzy Historical Reenactment in this country - we need a General Strike, at the least.

Yes! Get involved! We all need to be part of it. That’s why we are where we are at now.

Working on it, although I wouldn’t characterize many of these cosplay politicians as “leaders”. A true leader fortifies their knowledge of self prior to stepping into the arena. 😎

The problem is we can't. The system has been protecting McConnell, Pelosi, Feinstein and other gatekeepers in gerrymandered, unassailable districts.
