They can re-draw voting districts. They can do ballot harvesting. They can do vote machine stuffing.

They can't. And, as of yesterday, we can officially add a 3rd Dem senator to the list of Senate Democratic caucus No votes on ending the filibuster: @SenFeinstein @DianneFeinstein is the 3rd No vote. It's certainly unlikely that we'd get 3 GOP votes to #EndTheFilibuster 😕
