Be honest, Marianne, where has there been any clue of an effort to win an election? Even the leftest of the left in place work together only to fund more police. Winning to any of them is keeping the status quo, nothing to do with elections.

If the Democrats don’t keep their promises then how can they accomplish the things they promised to accomplished in order for them to win in 2022?

Simple, they can’t. Then the Rs and the Qs get to squeal that the dems can’t get anything done and they lose the small majority. They need to do the job that the Americans voted them to do, or what happened January 6th will be a dress rehearsal for future elections.

We need more spirit in both parties so they can see how foolish it is to let people go hungry, homeless, and sick needlessly because of the failure of Humanity in our political body. With Humanity, we might actually get something done. Gotta put the pressure of conscience on.

You act like they want to get anything they campaigned on accomplished. They don't. Clearly. Or Joe Manchin wouldn't have been rewarded for blocking an increased minimum wage by getting a plum appointment for his wife. Things are working exactly the way the party wants them to.

To be honest: I think this election shocked Democrats. I don't think they wanted to win & are left holding the bag on campaign promises. I have a feeling they're doing everything in their power to screw this up so they can lose and play the "Republicans are big meanies" game.

This is what is wrong with America. It’s all about winning and not about doing the right thing simply because it’s the right thing to do.

They don't want to win, they've proven that.

There's no way in hell you can believe the Dems are honest, good faith actors. Its pro wrasslin. They're on the same team.

Unfortunately, @TheDemocrats won't get rid of the filibuster and their heart isn't in it to win in 2022. You can't do the bidding of your donors and serve the people. But you know that as does @SenSanders
