If the Democrats don’t get rid of the filibuster then how can they accomplish the things that need get accomplished in order for them to win in 2022?

This is moronic. Do you ever think the Republicans will get power back again? If the answer is yes, removing the filibuster is incredibly dumb.

only thing to conclude is too many are in agreement with the gop. are hiding behind them, pretending to care. wearing masks seems to be an appropriate analogy. it won't work a lot longer, tho, especially when folks wake up to the massive manipulation of the pandemic for gain.

Uh spoiler alert, if the dems win again in 2022, expect the worst possible outcome.

the lobbyist revolving door means none of the leaders need ever worry about getting voted out - the gerrymandering also nullifies the accountability one wud normally expect a government rep to face in even a slightly democratic system

If you don't understand why bare majority mob rule was exactly what our founders feared, then you need to read some books.

But, remember when Senate Democrats used the filibuster to block legislation that would have funded the DHS while defunding President Barack Obama’s executive actions on immigration? It exists for a reason!

You might want to think about the other side of the scenario. It is there for a reason. It is not that hard to understand unless of course you want China type 'democracy'.
