Since Biden is president, why can’t he just appoint a commission to investigate Jan. 6?

Because you lied to yourself that Biden is a "lesser evil". In reality he is 100% of the abusive corporate authoritarian establishment that was never in the slightest danger of losing power to the Trump supporters allowed to parade through the Capitol.

Commissions only waste time and produce nothing more than a fancy book report to justify inaction.. see 9/11 commission, finical crisis inquiry, Mueller report, star report and so on #CPP

The fact that the perpetrators got as far as they did shows that many people in local and in federal government, in all types of positions, were complicit. They don’t want the specifics to come out.

Same reason why he is dragging his feet with a do nothing bill for black people that he isn't really even trying to pass

Given our past experience with "commissions" (Warren Commission, 9/11 Commission....) I'd say what's the point? Why not a commission to investigate why we were left for Dead during a Global Pandemic without M4A or a UBI?

@JoeBiden CAN bypass opposition. He CHOOSES not to. It's all 2-party theatrics. Meanwhile the State Dept quietly grants Boeing an export license to sell $735 million in bombs to Israel, bypassing Dem. opposition. The way the US Govt CHOOSES to operate is a #CrimeAgainstHumanity
