When we talk about police reform we need to talk about police training. Look at these statistics.

Just really wish we could do more than talk about police reform, been talking about it for a few centuries now, countless broken promises. When are we gonna get to the change in policies part, kinda hit my limit on the talking part.

Most countries don't have as many gun-toting heroes defending lives. In most countries this innocent girl would be dead and her murderer alive to murder again. So you'd prefer cops allow this murder, because it would improve their ranking in your single-factor analysis? 🤔

Yes, effective police training is a positive, supportive solution. The inflammatory rhetoric of “defund the police” and violence towards LEO actively and/or passively encouraged by Democrats/MSM is divisive, under the guise of “virtue.”

This is BS. It's not like they kill because they don't "know any better". Additional years in the same training will lead to the same.

Some people feel a four year degree in psychology/ criminal justice should be required prior to becoming a police officer, instead of hiring the ex HS football player with an LTC and a heavy dose of toxic masculinity who “passes” a civil service test.

Yes ... but I think we need to reimagine the police ... It can't be the same old ... same old!

This is so intentionally misleading you should be ashamed. Have to adjust for population and violent crime rate, at a minimum, to get close to apples to apples comparison.

A cop comes upon a crime scene, he isn't carrying a gun, what does he do. Well, he will have to do what all of us do during the day, we negotiate, we converse. The focus needs to be taken away from the gun.
