Big pharmaceutical companies tyrannize this country, providing life-saving drugs on one hand yet destroying lives through obscene profit margins and artificial creation of profit centers (opioids, etc.) on the other.

The real tyranny lies in drug choice enforcement aka Prohibition, a diabolical scheme originally cooked up to keep cannabis away from doctors/researchers/patients alike, now serves as the means to destabilize neighborhoods-OC & disenfranchise/lock up/kill as many men as possible.
