That's already the job of the State Department. Rename it if you feel the need to, but please stop adding departments. We already have several redundant departments in the beureaucracy.

Our current government parades itself as the Ministry of Peace (and is what Orwell based it off of), so not the best name. Let's not include a "Department" or a "Ministry" and rethink our entire system.

How about the department of human rights, freedom, democracy, snd peace? But nothing structurally changes with the global criminal empire of the United States. Maybe the department of dismantling capitalism would be better.

Peace happens when humans have ample access to power, resources, clean water and air. Gen IV Nuclear can power peace and abundance. Fossils and Renewables fail at that.
