This is so wrong. So terribly, terribly wrong.
Standing behind an elderly woman at @cvspharmacy and she’s buying insulin. $1200. She’s visibly upset, and I’m trying not to cry also. Pharmacist says “well at least your insurance paid for over half bc the cash price is over $3000” HOW HAVE WE LET THEM CONVINCE US THIS IS OKAY?

First? I recommended you read anything from Ramana Maharshi. I am That. Also, I agree. Americans pay 90% of the money needed for research of new drugs. It should not be our burden alone. Americans are the worlds piggy bank.

Pretty simple as you get to vote for a rep rather than vote on issues. Reps then are free to be bribed by the highest bidder.

$1200 should be a 10 year supply.

Excuse me. Trump put a limit on insulin and epipens. Biden took off the limit for day!

Trump signed an order that said no one can spend more than 100 a month on insulin. Biden took it away with an executive order.

Isn't there a patient assistance program through the manufacturer? Some offer coupons for high priced drugs.

One medication I costs more than I make in a year, without insurance.

It is adherence to the Prime Directive in Capitalist America. "Profits Before People". Americans are unique among the world to embrace this perversion of values.
