I don't think Police should treat teens any different than adults. If they just enforce the law, don't Assault people, and shoot only in defense of self and others, it doesn't matter I the perp is a teen or not.

Authoritarianism needs to be rooted out of all forms of government, not just policing. But that has little to do with shootings involving police. Children get shot largely because of the pervasive gang/thug culture that exists in certain communities.
