I think it's been proven that when you give away to much money in tax cuts ... it never really manifests in the job creation you thought was going to happen ... I think this is the case in every State in the Union ... including Texas!

umm you do realize milestones need to be reached and it is to incentivize job creation. If Elon made his factory elsewhere there would be no jobs added and no tax breaks because there would be nothing to tax. 🤦‍♂️
