It's unacceptable & Unconstitution. Biden was an architect of the bill that the Patriot Act was based on. That is my main reason for being wary of the man. It's too bad bc he is doing a good job as president. Always a catch.

I'm waiting for the grown ups to vocalize the need to set parameters to create a balance/yin-yang when it comes to speech. There's a balance and our lack of desire to frame it, or define it is what's allowing the overreaction. You can't throw a party if no one has manners.
