2/ That’s a perfect encapsulation of his brand of Republican: open to helping people as long as it doesn’t fundamentally alter the economic pattern that guarantees vastly more wealth for the 1%. Raising corporate tax rates doesn’t just help pay for things; it helps right the ship

The federal government didn't "give" corporations anything. Letting them keep their own money allowed them to make profits AND keep jobs in America.

He specifically and deliberately must be disenfranchised from the process for however long it he is in office. I don’t know any other senator who knows so well where the levers of power are. End the filibuster, pass PRO and the FPA.
