It’s exactly what you implied with your whining tweet.

You are saying that only a 100% reduction of child poverty (i.e., complete eradication) is acceptable, which means that, if everybody were as inflexible as you, no child poverty would ever be eliminated because we’d be doing nothing until we could eliminate it all at once.

Perhaps not, but that’s the impression you’ve left. Will see you in the rear view mirror then. I like progress. Cutting child poverty in half is progress.
