We can quibble about specific issues (I certainly do), but the fact that a president said in a speech to the nation that trickle down economics is a failure is huge. And even more huge is how many Americans on both Right and Left now get that he's correct.

Obama said it too. Changed nothing and destroying small businesses across the country is a funny way of showing concern. Meanwhile huge corporations pile up profits

Now all we need to do is figure out how to end trickle down negativity from the top!

Can’t think of anything POTUS said I disagree with. Especially his reaching across the aisle 🇺🇸

Is it attached to policies? It’s like his believing in science; but what good is believing in global warming if he hasn’t put a stop to fracking?

Mw, President Biden is using trickle down economics with his trillions of dollars with his give away bills. He said this money will work its way into the economy. That's supply side economics with taxpayers footing the bill with their own money instead of earned money. Taxes up.

George HW Bush called trickle down 'Voodoo Economics' when he was running against Reagan in 1980. Then he became VP and joined the club. Biden ain't much different - talks a lot, but has supported trickle down at every turn.
That was a good point. I enjoyed the speech. Dreamland if you work with the GOP.

Words are cheap. It doesn’t matter what he says, it matters what he does. Joe Biden has built his career serving the wealthy. There’s no indication that will change. Pretending otherwise is just wishful thinking.
