I don’t want to cut child poverty in half. I want to eradicate child poverty.

I do give him credit. I disagree with certain things because my politics are more progressive than his (much of what he said tonight should have been said by a Democratic president 25 yrs ago) but he said a lot of important things too. Issues aren't the only issue. I honor that.

You know, we've moved way to the right, in the last 25 years, Democrats included. We have to start where we are at, and while we hope we can eliminate child poverty, that shouldn't stop us from cutting it in half. We should do more, but must do what we are able.

Hillary said all of this and more.

You exhibit a puerile grasp of how progress has ever been achieved. It’s not helping.
Let's see if it works first.
“Should have” been said 25 years ago. That isn’t very helpful. And no, there is nothing in your tweet that gives him any credit. Did you watch the GOP 1/2 the room that controls 1/2 of congress by any chance?

Would it have killed you to give Joe credit in your tweet, while then pushing for more? Would it?

Why not tweet out “good start POTUS, what can I do to help reach the desired goal?” You know, be part of the solution.

Since his policies are actually making progress in many areas, I doubt you're more progressive than the man who's administration is actually achieving things.

You’re not a progressive ma’am and Democrats did try to do something about child poverty during Clinton’s era or even before but you seem to forget. What have you done to eradicate child poverty? NOTHING. Gi away fraud!

Killing children with nearly eradicated diseases. For "progressivism."
