The narrative has to decouple "taxes" and "spending." Until that truly happens from our influential thought leaders, we will be forever stuck in Pay-Go, Pay-Fors, and Tax-And-Spend-Liberals. I have no doubt that Kelton can you help you refine the delivery in a more helpful way.
