An economic system based more on competition than collaboration will not only fail to solve humanity鈥檚 greatest challenges over the next 100 years. It actually created most of them & if allowed to will perpetuate them. We need a fundamental disruption of our economic status quo.

There are quite a few socialist countries where it could be argued that the average citizen is afforded a lot more dignity than they are here.

From healthcare costs to our incarceration level, I can鈥檛 think of a horror in modern America that wasn鈥檛 caused by gov. involvement. The lack of innovation, ballooning costs, and suppression of greatness will continue to slow the growth of your examples.
