If this is what we get - if the administration just continues a line of denial & obfuscation regarding our past policies toward Latin America - then we’ll never get to the root cause of the problem. Does Kamala really not know or does she just carry the water? Either way it’s bad

I also don’t deny her points. I actually believe there is path here to address wealth inequality caused by us neoliberalism throughout the world. But again, I am not sure we will get that transparency and reasoning from this admin.

We're the problem. Point blank. There should be no debate about it from intelligent informed persons. Biden and Harris constantly refer to Guaido as the President of Venezuela. It's a continuation of the havoc we wreak on Central and South America.

We absolutely have. We need to be part of the solution. Admitting our colonialism in the past is one branch of the solution. Veep’s comments here I believe are a more embodied solution. The twist is at the root of this inequality is America’s neoliberalism.
