This is going way too slow. They want to lower Medicare eligibility to 55? They should lower it to 0! Why should military expenditures expand by leaps and bounds and humanitarian expenditures expand in incremental steps?

Marianne, the Medicare tax is 3.8% of all earned income. How much percent would it have to start coverage at birth? I believe it would be about 125%. Do you agree?
