I begged you to help me turn the military industrial complex into a military healthcare complex. Imagine even 10% of the DoD budget dedicated to healthcare at home and abroad. I'm trying to fix that, even still. Are you trying to fix it? Or just talk about it?

There are reasons to be cynical, but perpetual cynicism is not a strategy. I still believe the best strategy for progressives is to elect more progressives, & hold them accountable. That’s how we’ll get #MedicareForAll, a #GreenNewDeal, & other policies we so desperately need.

There's no way of knowing how long it would take for world War to break out of we didn't spend like we do on military, but it would happen.
