I begged you to help me turn the military industrial complex into a military healthcare complex. Imagine even 10% of the DoD budget dedicated to healthcare at home and abroad. I'm trying to fix that, even still. Are you trying to fix it? Or just talk about it?

There's no way of knowing how long it would take for world War to break out of we didn't spend like we do on military, but it would happen.
