There’s NO WAY to not find a pattern of violence in the LMPD... so what will reform look like? Even more$$ for training programs? The forces to decide what THEY’d like to do to change... which has been a big fat NOTHING?

They really need to investigate and defund the Phoenix PD. We shoot more people than almost any other city. They originally tried to charge 15 protesters under "gang" charges for saying "ACAB" and wearing black...(seriously).
