During the Trump presidency there was a singular focus on resisting his agenda. The work at a time like this is even harder, less adrenaline-filled. It’s the more complicated work of resisting the conditions that produced him to begin with.

The sad truth is that for a lot of people it was never about his agenda. It was about his decorum. That's why we see a lot of silence for Biden doing similar things.

And the sad thing is that a lot of the Biden agenda is more right-wing and extreme than the Trump agenda - but you'll never hear that because the mass media worships the ground Biden walks on, while it loathed everything Trump stood for.
