During the Trump presidency there was a singular focus on resisting his agenda. The work at a time like this is even harder, less adrenaline-filled. It’s the more complicated work of resisting the conditions that produced him to begin with.

Your resistance to EVERYTHING is what caused this in the first place. You threw the proverbial "baby out with the bathwater." If you had acknowledged some of the good things you might have some credibility.

I think lessons were learned during Trump's second term starting in 2024 we will see a better Trump. Hopefully we will see more from Dems than that singular focus. 👷🏾

We were wrong to resist when our support could have meant so much. The toxic resistance failed us.

The work is easier. It is less combative, less threatening. We are still anxious about re-starting our rural BLM protest next month. Not to do the work, but who will confront us this time?
