During the Trump presidency there was a singular focus on resisting his agenda. The work at a time like this is even harder, less adrenaline-filled. It’s the more complicated work of resisting the conditions that produced him to begin with.

Not just resisting. It's also hard to actively pursue and create new things where so much has been neglected in so many directions. But there is openness and possibility. People need not just "No", but "Yes we can ... together." The cynicism is deadly.

Saying yes to something new is always saying no to something old. Not fighting the old, but letting it die. And sometime that means non-violent resistance.

So far as I can tell, something worse is coming because the left has gone full bonkers. I have been liberal my whole life but this is turning extreme. Authoritarianism from the left, or from the right - choose your poison.

That's what makes things so hard now. Republicans learned to play the whole #resist game too @marwilliamson... And the actions of liberals and @TheDemocrats today are creating conditions EVEN WORSE than what produced Trump. Y'all sure as hell aren't trying to make things better.

You mean the neoliberal policies Biden, Obama, the Clintons, Pelosi, et al are known for?

Trump was the greatest President. He had human flaws with Twitter but he got the job done like no other. What is sad is that people actually voted for a Marxist-Democratic country that a mentally challenged President is destroying

As long as we are resisting each other, instead of living together in Peace, we remain victims of the Democrats & Republicans against each other mentality. As long as we fail to realize that we are all “Children Of God,” we fail to realize that we, are our own worst enemy.
