We need to be honest about it's problems (there are many) free from ideological lenses and reject hysterical proposals that endanger the safety of the public proposed by unhinged addicts of social media trying to out-compete one another with outrageous claims.

We need to deconstruct the families with 70% single moms spitting out babies (no dads) with neither the means or initiative to raise them in America and build it again starting on a completely different set of values.

It's not just law enforcement. But if you start at the top, our government, the change in law enforcement would follow.

I say a test is in order. Let’s deconstruct our political system in America and build it again based on an REAL set of values that helps the citizenry and not so much the oligarchs!

That is correct, however criminals will do what criminals do - the crime!

You need to deconstruct your entire criminal justice system - especially prisons and capital punishment.
