If we want real reform we need to look at the laws the cops are supposed to be upholding; not it just how they respond when called to serve... we have to be asking the right questions to find the right solutions not just acting on emotions.

Mw, Garland should start with Congress who encourage violence, State politicians who allow violent riots, news stations who use propaganda & lies to incite violence with false narratives, groups like blm who break laws for a reason they can't agree on, & antisocial cliques/gangs

Federal investigations, federal prosecution + charges, and federal consent decrees have done absolutely nothing for LAPD & LA County Sheriffs for *decades* ... More of the same is not the action any overpoliced and abused community needs. Abolition is the only way forward.
