Why are we holding on to a constitution that was written before the light bulb was invented? Technology has changed everything about life, and we are living through the words of people who saw none of this.

Which would be ALL police departments. The real question here is, who decides the violations?
Replying to @marwilliamson
Absolutely. The police are a necessary, vital part of society - if you are mugged in the street, your home is broken into, your car stolen, you need somebody to call on. But you seriously DON'T need to have to worry about that someone shooting you when they turn up at your door.

We need to reinvent the entire goddamn country.
