China continues to have no control over their population even with their one child policy. They want and even need what we have . Their one child policy has created a severe imbalance between men and women. A lot more men than women. They have a huge standing army invasion force.

China has delivery capability way beyond the obvious military. They have huge container ships and containers that can bring an invasion force to our ports and in fact use these to bring their women slaves to our shores illegally and undetected to staff their brothels etc.

I'd say reduce it to zero, but I'll settle for cutting budget in half. If nothing else, at least we're leading by example in showing we're willing to negotiate with terrorists.
